How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a HR Expert - Strategy & Transformation, you will manage and monitor the HR transformation, ensuring adherence to methodology, governance guidelines, and timelines
- You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure effective communication and project success
- In your role, you will analyze processes and related volumes in detail to support informed strategic decisions
- You will establish, analyze, and monitor quality standards and performance metrics to ensure that project deliverables meet expectations and provide sustainable value
- You will identify and promote process improvements to enhance efficiency and drive value creation
- You will create data-driven reports and engaging presentations for international senior management and regularly update various stakeholders on project progress and status
- You will contribute to the development and expansion of a service portfolio
- Additionally, your tasks include supporting and facilitating the transitioning of HR processes as part of a strategic realignment
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- Proven experience in project management and execution, ideally with initial leadership experience in a subproject or workstream
- Highly self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail within a process-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity and confidence to operate effectively in an international environment, including with senior management
- Experience in business consulting is advantageous
- Familiarity with HR processes or structures is desirable
- Fluency in English is required; German skills are a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Willingness to travel internationally (10%-20%)

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 62.500*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
