Pricing Manager (f/m/d)

In this role, you will be responsible to establish and develop of in-house pricing strategies, processes, and tools. You will lead projects and initiatives to analyze and restructure pricing, develop predictive models, and provide data-driven insights to support decisions. 

Your Responsibilities

• Develop in-house pricing expertise and establish comprehensive pricing documentation and processes

• Analyze, monitor, optimize, and restructure pricing and conditions by evaluating quotes and orders

• Monitor and adapt value drivers and price logic to match with pricing tools, and test existing tools regarding customer structure

• Develop predictive analyses like pricing models and forecasts, providing data-driven insights to support pricing decisions

• Develop pricing initiatives and projects, measuring their impact on profitability and loading

• Prepare and interpret pricing results and changes for management, including reporting on pricing developments

• Provide training to relevant teams on pricing strategies and tools

• Steer and control the creation of pricing reports in cooperation with controlling

Your Profile

• A degree in economics, business administration, business informatics or a comparable qualification

• At least more than 3 years of professional experience in the field of pricing, external consultant experience is an asset

• Proficiency in statistical methods and tools for data insights with ellecelent project management experience

• Eagerness to understand products, pricing, and market dynamics

• Sales experience and understanding of pricing concepts and systems is preferable

• Strong communication, presentation, and change management skills

• Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams

• Willingness to travel internationally

• Fluent in written and verbal English
