As the IT of REWE Group Austria, we work together with our more than 700 employees to develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad, setting the tone for modern trade.

As IT-Business Analyst in Customer Engagement, you'll support the international team to develop and maintain applications for our Customer Service in Austria and CEE countries. In this role you assist our subsidiaries and departments of REWE International with different projects by enhancing our existing Service Platforms, as well as modernizing our software landscape.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide the entire software development journey – from brainstorming and solution design to implementation, testing, rollout, and ongoing support – ensuring alignment, clarity and lasting impact
• Bridge the gap between business needs and technical expertise, helping stakeholders shape clear, efficient and future-ready solutions
• Drive quality at every stage – ensuring solutions not only work but deliver real value to suers
• Write and track Epics and User Stories (in Jira)

Qualifikationen

• Self-organized way of working, excellent communication, hands-on mentality, solution-focused mindset
• Practical experience bridging business needs and technology, particularly in requirements engineering and CRM applications
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• A strong interest in how systems connect – databases, microservices, APIs – and the drive to keep learning more
• A team player (colleagues as well as externals)
