Head of Product / Lead Product Manager (m/w/d)

Work for one of the leading and most well-known social investing platforms in the DACH region. For over a decade, this established fintech has been connecting investors transparently and digitally with successful investment strategies. For its next phase of growth, the company is expanding its Product Management team in Vienna.

Your Mission

Working directly with the CEO, you will define the holistic product strategy for our platform. You will take on the functional and disciplinary leadership of the product management team (including B2C Growth PM & Technical/ETF PM), align the product roadmap with core business goals, and ensure execution excellence across all product domains.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Conceptualize and execute the long-term product roadmap in close alignment with the CEO and executive leadership.
• Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and scale the product management team (Growth, Technical/Backend) while fostering a high-performing product culture.
• Bridging Growth & Core Tech: Harmonize user-centric B2C initiatives (Growth, UX, Retention) with complex technical backend projects (e.g., ETF integrations, financial infrastructure).
• Data & Outcome Orientation: Establish clear product KPIs (OKRs), data-driven decision-making frameworks, and optimize product delivery lifecycles.
• Executive Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary interface between C-level executives, engineering, marketing, legal/compliance, and external partners.

What You Bring to the Table

• Leadership Track Record: Solid experience managing and developing Product Managers (people management) within a fintech, neobroker, or high-growth B2C software environment.
• B2C Fintech Expertise: Proven track record of scaling B2C digital products combined with a sound understanding of capital markets, securities, or investment products.
• Balanced Mindset: Strong equilibrium between B2C Growth/UX orientation and technical comprehension of backend architectures and APIs.
• Strategic & Entrepreneurial Drive: Ability to translate complex business objectives into actionable, scalable product priorities.
• Language Skills: Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken) is strictly required.
