Your role

• Develop Backend of Line solutions for wafer technology and product features to realize power devices addressing application needs while meeting performance, cost, and quality targets
• Drive experiments from process split definition to realization in the clean room, analyze in-line metrology and electrical test data
• Ensure process stability and quality of the manufacturing route for mass-production release
• Actively contribute to project team while reporting on development progress and risk mitigation actions
• Support product portfolio extension and lead derivative projects focused on Backend of Line

Your profile

As an open-minded team player in an international/multi-cultural environment, you communicate efficiently, propose innovative solutions, and share knowledge. You work proactively and self-organized, ensuring high-quality deliverables while maintaining awareness of broader project goals.

Qualifications and skills

• Master's degree or PhD in Physics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Material Sciences
• Knowledge in project management is beneficial
• Strong analytical skills with structured problem-solving approach
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in English (written and spoken)

We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on performance, experience, and qualification. Employment follows the collective salary agreement for the electrical and electronics industry (employment group G). The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year, with higher compensation possible based on expertise.
