How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are: 

• In this role you will enhance the global insurance program based on the global insurance strategy
• You’ll work closely with our external insurance brokers
• You will carry out the annual insurance renewal, including related processes and policies 
• You’ll conduct risk assessments including data collection, risk engineering, and claims analysis for our global business
• You will develop loss prevention strategies to leverage self-insured risks
• You'll devise minimum insurance related requirements (e.g. risk engineering standards) 
• You will connect with the enterprise risk management to mitigate risks with adequate insurance strategies and programs

Your Profile

The requirements of the role include:

• You have an academic degree in Finance or relevant work experience in the insurance sector
• As an Insurance Management Professional, you have at least 3 years of experience in an insurance or loss prevention function (e.g. Broker, Reinsurance, Underwriting, Risk Engineering)
• Your English skills are business fluent, German would be beneficial
• You have an analytical way of thinking and the distinct ability to work on complex issues
• Structured, quality-oriented and independent way of working with a high level of accuracy is a matter of course for you
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration abilities set you apart

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 44.200*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
