Dispatch Manager

We are a successful company in the food industry, supplying our customers with high-quality products every day. To ensure everything runs smoothly from incoming goods to outgoing deliveries, we are looking for a Shipping/Dispatch Manager who will strengthen our team with expertise, leadership skills, and a strong sense for freshness and quality.

What we are looking for:

• Responsibility for the entire dispatch/shipping department
• Organization, coordination, and optimization of daily operations
• Professional and disciplinary management of the dispatch department
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
• Interface with internal departments
• Preparation of all relevant documents
• Truck handling/dispatch processing

What you bring:

• Completed vocational training - ideally in warehousing/logistics
• Good computer skills
• Class B driver's license
• Forklift license is an advantage
• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
• Commitment, reliability, affinity for numbers, and resilience under pressure
• Willingness to work afternoons

A gross salary of €3,500.00 is planned for this position. Higher pay is possible depending on experience and qualifications. The collective agreement for the butcher's trade applies.
