Role Summary
The HRBP Sales, Marketing & Communications is a strategic partner to senior functional leaders, translating the function's priorities into an impactful people, culture and organisation agenda. The role is accountable for driving organisational effectiveness and shaping a high-performing culture, while ensuring the attraction, development, engagement and succession of talent across a community of more than 1,000 Sales, Marketing & Communications employees.
Your Mission:
- Drive the definition of commercial capabilities with key stakeholders and translate this into a clear capability-building roadmap
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to ensure effective organisational structures
- Drive performance and talent management across Group Communications and senior Sales & Marketing roles
- Partner with assigned senior leaders to foster high-performing teams
- Provide direct, timely coaching to senior leaders
- Serve as the HR lead for senior functional hires
- Define guiding principles for effective sales incentive plans
- Act as single-point of HR contact for assigned senior leaders
- Partner with HR Centres of Excellence
- Contribute to Mondi HR Leadership Team
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws
Your Profile:
- Master's degree in Human Resources
- At least 10 years in client-facing HR roles
- 5+ years as commercial HR Business Partner in packaging/fast-moving consumer goods
- Strong strategic and analytical skills
- Ability to interface with senior leadership
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication and diplomacy skills
- Proven project management abilities
- Coaching and leadership assessment experience
- Fluent English
- Regular travel required: 1 week per month (or 2-3 days/week if based outside Vienna)
