Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Personal Assistant, you work closely with senior management to deliver comprehensive and executive-level support
- You independently manage a broad spectrum of assistance tasks within a large global business environment
- Corresponding with national and international colleagues and external partners in English gives you pleasure
- Appointments, business trips and company-wide meetings are planned and coordinated by you
- In your role you handle the preparation of documents, protocols and presentations in English
- You are thrilled by the opportunity to communicate and foster relationships with internal and external English-speaking contacts worldwide
- In addition, you coordinate and support in Project Management tasks
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You have proven professional experience in management assistance within an international company
- You have completed a commercial training, an apprenticeship, or hold a university degree
- Your prior experience in a finance-related role is a significant advantage
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong level of diligence are part of your professional strengths
- A reliable, structured, discreet way of working as well as time flexibility is a matter of course for you
- You possess advanced knowledge of MS Office
- You are business-fluent in the English, proficiency in German would be beneficial
