Finance Systems & Enablement Lead (m/f/d)

The Falkensteiner Michaeler Tourism Group (FMTG) is one of the leading privately owned tourism companies operating across six European countries. As a 360° tourism group, FMTG covers the entire tourism value chain - from planning and development to operational management and marketing.

You will work at the intersection of Accounting, Controlling, Group Reporting and Data & Analytics, translating business requirements into scalable system solutions and helping establish consistent Finance processes across FMTG's entities and locations. A first major focus will be Jedox, used for Planning, Consolidation, Capex and Liquidity-related processes.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Take functional ownership of Finance Systems landscape, initially focusing on Jedox
Develop Planning, Forecasting, Consolidation and Management Reporting solutions
Design and maintain consistent Finance structures (account hierarchies, dimensions, etc.)
Define requirements for integrations between Finance Systems, Microsoft Fabric and other systems
Establish reconciliation, validation and data-quality processes
Improve and automate Finance processes (Planning, Reporting, Consolidation, etc.)
Introduce AI solutions (Forecasting, intelligent agents, anomaly detection)
Identify and automate repetitive manual processes
Support transformation projects (integration, migration, cutover)
Coordinate releases, testing, documentation and governance
Collaborate with Accounting, Controlling, Group Reporting, Data & Analytics, IT and partners

YOUR PROFILE:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, Business Administration, etc.
Experience in Accounting Systems, Financial Reporting, Consolidation, FP&A, EPM
Understanding of Budgeting, Forecasting, Management Reporting
Experience with EPM/Corporate Performance Management platforms
Knowledge of multidimensional models, cubes, dimensions, mappings
Experience with P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow structures
Understanding of Financial Reporting structures and reconciliations
Very good German and English skills
Strong analytical and conceptual skills
Collaborative working style
Ability to work independently and improve processes
Authorization to work in Austria
