You are the driving force in:

• Location acquisition & project initiation: Identification, evaluation and targeted acquisition of suitable locations and objects in the areas of industry, commerce and real estate for the implementation of our BESS-as-a-Service and site energy optimization solutions with renewable energy systems
• Network building & relationship management: Building and maintaining sustainable relationships with owners, companies, real estate actors and other project partners, as well as confident addressing of potential customers and location partners
• Project handover with interface function: Support of acquired sites until handover to project development and ongoing interface coordination between customers/location partners and our project development team
• Market development & opportunity identification: Active market monitoring and recognition of new potentials and opportunities for the development of future-oriented project sites

• Communication skills & persuasiveness: Confident, professional appearance and pronounced ability to build relationships, actively maintain networks and win over potential customers and project partners for joint ventures
• Interest in energy industry & energy technology: Strong interest in energy economic interrelationships and technical questions, as well as enthusiasm for innovative energy management solutions
• Economic & technical understanding: Good sense for economic interrelationships and technical feasibility, as well as the ability to systematically evaluate the potential of sites
• Desire to shape things & innovation: High self-initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and motivation to actively exploit and shape new opportunities in one of the fastest growing markets
• Team player with passion: Team spirit, communication skills and presentation skills, as well as a confident appearance to successfully guide projects together with us and our project partners
• Basics: Very good MS Office skills, experience with AI tools, German language skills at C1 level and good English skills, preferably with experience in the real estate or energy industry
