How you'll Make your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will be responsible for conducting and developing in-House Tests for Non-Food items (Detergents & Cleaners, Hygienic, Personal Care, Paper, etc.)
- Organization and preparation of professional Sampling Sessions for Buying and QA Teams are part of your area of responsibility
- In addition, you oversee IT Sampling equipment, Sampling Session and Lab facilities
- Performing mechanical tests (tensile, compression, fracture tests) and testing material properties (hardness, flexibility, durability)
- Documenting and evaluating test results using computer software
- Developing new test methods e.g. Detergents and Cleaners or Health and Beauty
- You will work closely with the Buying Teams of the various product groups and provide feedback on product performance
Your Profile
The requirments of the role include:
- Technical vocational training (HTL diploma), Bachelor of Engineering, completed training as a chemical-technical assistant (CTA), laboratory technician, materials tester
- Ideally, but not a must you have several years of professional experience in a comparable field of work in non-food sector
- You are experienced in using a PC (especially SAP, MS Office)
- You possess good English skills
- Reliable, structured and independent describe your working style
- In addition to this, you bring strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills with you to the role
- You enjoy working on-site in our sampling center, at the office with a laptop, or occasionally remotely when the schedule allows
