Internship - Assistant for Engineering Lab (f/m/div)

Your Role
- Calibration Support: Maintain the equipment list, schedule calibration services, and manage filing of calibration certificates
- Procurement Management: Set up and handle purchase requests and POs in the ERP system, monitor deliveries and invoices, and ensure availability of consumables and spare parts
- Lab Logistics: Manage daily lab activities such as bookings, access control, visitor coordination, and shipments
- Documentation: Maintain organized documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, logs, and records, while preparing reports and audit materials

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months
Your Profile
- Education: Enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a field from the technical disciplines, Economics, Business Administration, Media and Communication or from related areas
- Communication Skills: Strong organizational skills combined with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
- Data Analytics: Proficiency or familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau), along with a keen interest in data-driven decision-making
