The impact you'll make
- Interfaces with development and supplier engineering to provide materials and components for company product manufacturing
- Communicates product specifications to suppliers and assesses supplier's ability to meet engineering and quality requirements
- Evaluates suppliers' internal functions to assess their overall performance and provides feedback
- Qualifies suppliers according to company standards and may administer a Certified Supplier Program
- Monitors parts from acquisition through the manufacturing cycle and resolves supplier-related problems
- Develops and prioritizes an auditing schedule to ensure good manufacturing practices (GMP) and quality standards
What you'll do
- Creation of initial BOM Structure for Development Programs according to Product Option Architecture
- Implementation and release of new options and features on released Spin Clean products
- Driving releases from development state to HVM Lifecycle
- Preparing Bill of Materials for automated BOM Creation (SAP Item Text rules)
- Maintaining Bill of Materials via engineering change management process (ECM)
- Working with cross functional teams on product integration and maintenance
- Acting as the Single point of contact for Problem Reports from remote factory and on-site production
- Executing FMEA's (Failure Mode and effects analysis) as moderator
Who we're looking for
- Technical High School (HTL) education in Mechanical or Fluid Engineering with 8-10 years experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years experience
- Self-managed, proactive working style with strong communication skills
- Strong analyzing skills and numerical ability
- Excellent oral and written English skills
- Good MS Office knowledge
- Experience with AutoCAD, Inventor or NX (CAD software) is an asset
- Experience with SAP or other ERP system
- Preferably in Semiconductor Industry, ideally in Wet-Clean Environment
What we're offering
- Subject to Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Metal Technology Industry (occupation group E or F)
- Salary negotiable based on education, expertise and skills
- Monthly salary paid 14 times per year
