Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Digital Process Optimization: You develop solutions for the digitalization and automation of workflows
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): You support the further development of workflows and data structures for semiconductor products within the Infineon Product Lifecycle Management system
- Configuration and Change Management: You support configuration and change management for process development, for example by documenting and tracking changes and develop digital solutions with a focus on automation
- Teamwork & Agile Collaboration: You regularly develop and test solution approaches together with your colleagues and work in an international team on the digital transformation of our product development

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Information Systems, Business Engineering, Engineering, Automation Engineering or a comparable field of study
- Interest & Experience:
- Strong interest in digitalization, development processes, and/or Product Lifecycle Management
- Practical programming experience with Python (e.g., for scripting, data analysis)
- Initial experience in data analysis (e.g., with Python, Excel, or similar tools)
- Affinity for software tools and process optimization - Skills & Working Style:
- Good technical understanding and a structured, independent working style
- High motivation to take a holistic view of topics-from the initial idea through implementation to successful introduction within the team
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to familiarize yourself with new tools and systems - Language Skills: Very good English and German skills
This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students (link).
