Your Role
- Lead the digital verification of complex digital and mixed signal designs, including IPs, Subsystems, ASIC and SoCs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality designs
- Hands-on contributor to digital verification using legacy environments and flows
- Focus on reuse of Verification Components
- Identify and mitigate risks in dynamic projects
- Drive improvements of verification processes and methodologies
- Inspire and mentor junior verification engineers
Your Profile
- Master or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science or equivalent
- 8+ years of Digital Verification experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in digital verification tools and methodologies (SV-UVM, Xcelium, vManager, Certitude, etc.)
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Self-motivated team player with multi-site coordination experience
