In your role as Product Owner in the Marketing & CRM Cluster, you will lead your team both disciplinarily and content-wise and maintain close communication with other product teams and departments. You will take on entrepreneurial responsibility for your product – from the mission, goals, results, and roadmap to budget and team setup.
As the central contact person for your customers (business and IT), you will manage stakeholder management and ensure close, transparent collaboration. You know what will move us together tomorrow and develop (technological) solutions based on our business models to improve them.
Stellenbeschreibung
- As Product Owner (PO) for "Marketing & CRM Cross Functions," you will take overall responsibility for your team and all cross-cluster DevOps and Operations services – including budget control, employee management, and end-to-end responsibility for the topics in your area.
- Together with your team and stakeholders, you will develop a clear product or service vision and derive a realistic and ambitious roadmap from it.
- You will be responsible for all cross-cluster topics in the areas of DevOps and Operations and have a deep understanding of the technical and professional solution space for the further development of your products and services.
- You will advise and support departments and IT teams in the conception and operation of applications and systems in the Marketing & CRM Cluster.
- You will be the first point of contact for key users, IT colleagues, and business partners regarding your product or service.
- You will promote an open feedback and error culture, thus strengthening continuous development within the team.
- As part of the team with the other Product Owners, you will actively contribute to the further development of the cluster and work closely with other clusters and IT areas.
Qualifikationen
- You have solid experience in the field of DevOps and IT operations – ideally in a complex, company-wide IT environment.
- You have a good technical understanding of modern IT architectures, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and logging solutions, and test automation.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial disciplinary leadership experience and know how to develop, motivate, and manage a team in a targeted manner.
- You have a strong understanding of service responsibility in ongoing operations and are familiar with the challenges of the interaction between development and operations.
- Ideally, you have already led a classic Ops team or worked closely with one and are therefore familiar with classic support processes.
- You think entrepreneurially, take responsibility, and can communicate complex technical topics in an understandable way – both to the team and to stakeholders.
- You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and bring a high level of initiative and decision-making ability.
- You are a team player with an agile mindset and enjoy working with others to make a difference.
- You are proficient in English and German, both spoken and written.
