Install Base Data Analyst

Lam Research is seeking a skilled Install Base Data Analyst to join our Customer Support Business Group. This role focuses on enabling customers with premier support throughout their lifecycle with Lam, driving performance, productivity, safety, and quality of installed base performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze Site Availability, Equipment, and Service Data: Review data, participate in daily meetings, ensure correct logging, and create summaries aligned with customer needs.
• Improve Field Service Operations: Develop systems to track PM compliance, operation delays, and summarize data to enhance operational efficiency.
• Create Dashboards and Reporting: Develop visual tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Translate Data into Operational Decisions: Collaborate with teams to implement insights that improve customer outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of experience; Master's degree with 3+ years; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in installation, maintenance, repair, or troubleshooting of semiconductor capital equipment.
• Proficiency in interpreting electrical and mechanical schematics, diagrams, and operation manuals.
• Ability to work in a clean room environment with personal protective equipment.
• Physical ability to perform job tasks requiring bending, stooping, reaching, walking, sitting, twisting, squatting, kneeling, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
• Frequent travel required, domestically and internationally, with flexibility for varied shifts including compressed workweeks, overtime, and on-call duties.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Foundational analytical and problem-solving abilities.
