You will be a driving force in:

• Product Ownership & Roadmap: Definition of the product roadmap, prioritization of features and steering the further development of our platform for site-related energy management - with seamless integration of hardware and software products
• Product Development: Further development of our platform solutions into a scalable BESS-as-a-Service offering for the B2B market - including innovative electricity tariff models and flexible billing concepts
• Customer Solutions & Go-to-Market: Translation of market and customer requirements into concrete product improvements and new solution approaches - with active support of new features until market launch
• Platform & Ecosystem: Shaping the integration of our solutions into a growing decentralized energy ecosystem - in close cooperation with our sister companies within the Gasser+Partner group
• Strategic Alliances: Expansion of existing and establishment of new viable partnerships with customers, technology providers and service providers

What distinguishes you:

• Economic & technical understanding: University or college degree in industrial engineering, energy technology or business administration - preferably with experience in product management and/or the energy industry
• Analytical thinking & customer orientation: Strong analytical and conceptual skills, early recognition of market and customer needs and translation into clear product decisions
• Desire to shape & innovation: Genuine enthusiasm for the energy transition and the drive to actively advance innovative customer solutions and business models
• Team player with passion: Team spirit, communication skills and presentation skills as well as a confident appearance to drive projects together with us and our project partners over the finish line
• Basics: Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), experience with AI tools and AI vibecoding, German language skills at C1 level and good English skills
