Your Role
- Project Coordination: Support project/program management with organizational, administrative and project management tasks across the full project lifecycle
- Project Planning: Create and maintain project, risk and budget plans; assist with planning, tracking and control of work packages and milestones
- Project Office & Governance: Set up and operate project infrastructure (file shares, permissions, collaboration platforms, distribution lists)
- Project Framework: Evolve, implement and maintain methods, standards and templates for efficient project steering and governance
- Communication: Prepare communication materials, status reports; organize information sessions; support newsletters and project communications
Your Profile
- Education: Actively studying Information Technology, Engineering or Economics
- Tools: Experience with project management tools is a plus
- Organization: Strong structural thinking and organizational mindset
- Ownership: Self-driven with high responsibility
- Language Skills: English written and spoken
Additional Information
Subject to collective agreement for workers in electrical/electronics industry (full-time), employment group B (bachelor) or D (master).
