The impact you'll make

• The GP&O Escalation Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end management of high-severity incidents, chronic issues, and escalated customer or stakeholder concerns across the organization.
• Ensures cross functional team formation, rapid containment, thorough root-cause analysis, and implementation of long-term corrective actions.

What you'll do

Key Responsibilities

Escalation Ownership & Incident Response

• Serve as single point accountability for critical escalations, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
• Assess escalation priority across technical, operational and commercial dimensions.
• Document incidents, containment, root cause, and decisions.

Problem Management

• Frame problems rapidly and drive structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Communication & Reporting

• Provide executive-ready updates and develop metrics/dashboards for incident trends.

Who we're looking for

• Min. Bachelor's degree with 12+ years experience or Master's with 8+ years.
• 8+ years in project/program management, operations, or incident management.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities.

What We're Offering

Subject to Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry, occupation group G. Higher payment negotiable based on skills. Monthly salary paid 14 times per year.
