Freelancer - Process Consultant for Contract Management (m/w/d)

Project duration - 2 months (total 80 hours)

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Process Consultant to support the migration of our current contract management system from SharePoint to a new, integrated solution. This project involves implementing SAP S/4HANA for Enterprise Contract Management (ECM) as the backend, combined with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for enhanced features. This is a unique opportunity to define and shape our future contract management processes from the ground up, with a focus on efficiency and innovation.

Your Responsibilities

• Process Design: You will be responsible for designing and defining our contract management processes from scratch. This includes key phases such as legal contract request, contract generation, and contract approval.

• Tool Integration: You will work closely with the ECM consultant to ensure a seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and BTP, particularly for features powered by artificial intelligence (AI).

• Consulting and Collaboration: You will act as the key process expert for all discussions related to contract entry on the BTP side. Your role will involve close collaboration with the legal department and other stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective, streamlined processes.

Your Profile

• Experience: Proven experience in process consulting, ideally with a focus on legal or contract management processes.

• Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of SAP solutions, particularly S/4HANA and BTP, is a significant advantage. Experience with contract management tools is a plus.

• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical skills to break down complex legal processes into clear, manageable steps.

• Communication: Strong communication skills to effectively moderate discussions and collaborate with both technical and legal teams.
