Senior Staff Engineer Performance Engineering

As part of the Equipment Performance Engineering Team within Central Manufacturing Engineering (CME), you will drive data-driven improvement initiatives across Frontend Manufacturing. Combine project leadership, advanced analytics, and performance management to support operational excellence and increase equipment performance and profitability.

• Lead and drive sub-projects and improvement initiatives within the Maintenance & Equipment Engineering organization
• Develop, sustain, and continuously improve KPI reporting solutions
• Coordinate gap analyses and root cause investigations
• Analyze operational and equipment-related data to identify trends and optimization potential
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams
• Support the definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs)

Qualifications:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Technical Informatics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or comparable field
• 5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing
• Experience in Maintenance Engineering (MNT) and/or Unit Process Engineering (UPE)
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Data affinity and enthusiasm for data-driven decision making
• Very good English language skills; German is a plus
