Your Role
- Lead digital verification of complex digital/mixed-signal designs (IPs, Subsystems, ASIC, SoCs) including planning, tracking, reporting, and requirement-based verification
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (concept, design, AMS verification, post-silicon validation) to ensure high-quality designs
- Hands-on contributor to digital verification using legacy or new environments
- Focus on reuse of verification components
- Identify and mitigate project risks with proactive communication
- Drive improvements to verification processes/methodologies and innovation projects
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical support
Your Profile
- Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or equivalent
- 8+ years of digital verification experience (3+ years in leadership)
- Expertise in digital verification closure using state-of-the-art tools (SV-UVM, Xcelium, vManager, Certitude)
- Urgency for innovation in verification
- Proven leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
- Ability to deliver results in dynamic, multi-site environments
We offer competitive salaries and benefits based on performance, experience, and qualifications. Employment follows the collective salary agreement for the electrical/electronics industry (group I). Monthly salary paid 14 times per year. Higher compensation available based on expertise.
