Aufgabengebiet
- Lead and manage a team of up to 25 skilled workers in the fabrication shop
- Plan and coordinate production orders, including workforce allocation
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements
- Optimize workflows and monitor maintenance activities within the facility
- Manage material and tool procurement and inventory control
- Train and onboard new employees; maintain production KPIs and documentation
- Monitor productivity hours and allocate them to respective projects
- Support the preparation of project-specific fabrication documentation (AS-BUILT)
Skill-Set
- Completed technical education (apprenticeship, vocational school, or master craftsman) in mechanical engineering, manufacturing technology, or metalworking
- Several years of experience in fabrication shops or as a site supervisor
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams effectively
- Solid knowledge of common manufacturing processes (welding, bending, drilling, etc.)
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and using measuring tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, communication ability, and assertiveness
- Fluent in German (minimum Level C1) and English; Slavic language skills are an advantage
- Confident in MS Office; valid driving license (forklift license preferred)
