Profile

• Processing internal employee inquiries and quality-related customer feedback
• Documenting and preparing quality-related aspects from work processes, internal feedback, and customer feedback
• Inquiry-based collaboration with relevant internal interfaces
• Preparing technical information for internal distribution to support and specialist departments
• Designing, planning, and conducting training courses (or follow-up courses) with Moodle
• Preparing and presenting training content, including creating and adapting training materials
• Reviewing learning progress and using practical examples to apply knowledge

Wanted

• Good technical knowledge in the areas of web hosting, domains, and vServer
• Experience in designing and conducting technical training courses or workshops
• Ability to convey technical content in a way that is tailored to the target audience, understandable, and practical
• Experience with training or e-learning tools (e.g., Moodle)
• Patient, structured, and quality-oriented approach to work with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Experience with Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage
• Creativity and adaptability in the design and implementation of training content
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
