Demand Planning & Inventory Manager

Our client is a French international food group, holding a leading position in the fruit and dairy industry. The distribution of high quality products as well as the market presence in Central and Eastern Europe are the cornerstones of the company's growth.

For their newly established supply-chain department in Pécs, we are looking for a motivated and dedicated professional to take on an exciting role in a dynamic, international, and friendly work environment.

Your Responsibilities:

• Close cooperation with colleagues in order processing, production and sales
• Demand/sales planning
• Tracking factors that impact volumes: assortment changes, sales or marketing activities, seasonality
• Coordination with internal sales planners at the group's production sites
• Operational purchasing/procurement of goods
• Entering demand requirements into internal systems
• Inspection of inbound quantities
• Outgoing goods control: actively monitoring the supply chain from customer orders to receipt/delivery of goods
• Volume/quantity and KPIs analysis
• Partial order handling with freight forwarders/carriers
• Diverse operative Administration (DRS, orders, promotions, second choice … )

Your profile:

• Strong team-player attitude and hands on mentality
• Ability to work independently, solution-oriented and strong communication skills
• Several years of relevant professional experience (inventory management, purchasing, etc.)
• Very good MS Office skills; Future Master knowledge desirable
• Analytical skills and business understanding
• Technical affinity/aptitude
• Fluency in Hungarian and English, German or French is an advantage
• Completed commercial education
