Shape global taste as strategic architect of international flavor ecosystem. Drive harmonization across global supply chain, leverage portfolio systems, and bridge innovation, procurement, and NPD.
What You'll Do
- Drive strategic vision for harmonized global flavor portfolio
- Lead stakeholder influence and project management
- Leverage flavor industry expertise and lifecycle management
- Implement flavor library structure for NPD acceleration
- Own digital transformation with enterprise tools (SAP PLM)
- Track and optimize global flavor KPIs
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Food Science, Flavor Chemistry, etc.
- 6+ years food/beverage/flavor industry experience
- Hands-on flavor sourcing or portfolio management
- Enterprise PLM/ERP proficiency (SAP)
- Cross-functional global project leadership
- Fluency in English
