How you'll Make your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
• As Consultant – PMO you'll assess current project management practices and identify areas for improvement across the organization
• You'll support designing and implementing tailored PMO frameworks, governance structures, and delivery methodologies
• You'll establish standardized project reporting mechanisms and performance dashboards for leadership visibility
• You'll facilitate project prioritization sessions and support strategic decision-making on resource allocation
• Supporting international Projects Managers with their projects and managing stakeholders’ communication
• Developing templates, tools, and documentation to streamline project execution and knowledge management
• You'll lead change management initiatives to drive adoption of new PMO processes and ways of working
• Analysing project data and trends to generate insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
• You hold a university degree or equivalent qualification in Project Management, Finance, Economy or similar fields
• Project management certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile are beneficial
• You have several years of experience in project and portfolio management
• You have experience working in international group structures or matrix organizations
• Working effectively with stakeholders across different regions and functions
• Solid technical knowledge and can translate strategies into practical actions
• Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Effective communication abilities
• You have a commercial mindset and a solution-focused approach to problem-solving

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
