How you’ll make your mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- You will be accountable for setting up, developing and leading a team of Functional Controlling Managers working side-by-side with the HR, F&A and Customer Interaction functions acting as essential Business Partners to drive effective performance management in these global functions
- You and your team take responsibility for the company-wide cost benefit management (CBM) policy and ensure that the regulations on the cost benefit analyses and the corresponding approval processes are complied with
- Together with your team you will be the Global Controlling Counterpart of a company-wide cost transformation program.
- You will drive the Target Operating Model for Functional Controlling incl. setting up governance standards, processes and ways of working
- You will drive seamless, accurate and on-time financial planning, monitoring and reporting of the above listed functions and our international holding company (ASH) as well as enabling your team to support decision making by delivering in-depth financial analysis build on in-depth commercial understanding
- Together with your team you ensure systematic transparency on the performance and ensure that steering mechanisms / KPIs for each of the above listed functions are in place and linked to the overall company strategy
- You are excited by the task of cross-functional stakeholder alignments with national and international stakeholders, and you are keen to represent a strong financial controlling voice on international committees
- You advise senior management and global functions on making decisions by providing concise and coherent insights narrated by a compelling storyline
- You will be reporting to the Group Director Group Controlling for Business Performance Management
Your profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You possess several years of experience working in a leadership role within Finance (preferably in Financial Controlling / FP&A)
- Strong analytical skills with a passion to identify the drivers behind numbers and combining quantitative data with qualitative information belong to your core competencies
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels are a matter of course to you
- You have a demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams
- You’re business-fluent in English

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 154.000*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
