Electronic Design Engineer

The impact you'll make
Join Lam as an Electrical Engineer and you'll be at the forefront, designing and developing electronic solutions for advanced applications. Your role involves designing and analyzing equipment, conducting experimental tests, evaluating results to create reliable cutting-edge solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain analogue and digital electronic circuits throughout the complete product lifecycle
• Perform component selection, schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB design to meet performance, cost, and reliability targets
• Drive technical requirements from concept through implementation, test, and release
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, manufacturing, quality, and service engineering teams during product development
• Support system integration activities involving sensors, actuators, communication networks, and control systems
• Create and maintain engineering documentation including schematics, test reports, BOMs, design reviews, and technical specifications

Who we're looking for
* Master's degree in Electronics Engineering with 3+ relevant professional experience, or Bachelor's degree with 5+ professional experience
* Proven experience in the design and development of analogue and digital electronic circuits
* Solid understanding of EMC/EMI design principles
* Experience with EMC testing and certification standards
* Strong expertise in schematic capture, circuit simulation, PCB design
* Proficiency with ORCAD, Cadence, or equivalent tools
* Hands-on experience in electronic testing and validation
* Knowledge of AC/DC power distribution systems
* Excellent English communication skills
* Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency

What We're Offering
This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group E. Higher payment is negotiable based on qualifications. Monthly salary paid 14 times per year.
