Field Service Supervisor

Our client is a globally recognized leader across multiple industrial sectors. As part of their continued expansion and strategic team strengthening, they are looking to hire new professionals for positions based in Greece

Your Role

• Lead shift operations and maintenance of mobile filtration equipment
• Supervise and coordinate on-site technician teams
• Ensure smooth daily production and maintenance activities
• Maintain shift reports and logbooks
• Support preventive maintenance and shutdown activities
• Collaborate with client representatives on daily operations
• Promote and enforce strong safety standards
• Support troubleshooting (incl. basic automation / PLC understanding)

Your Profile

• Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 2–6 years of experience in industrial operations / maintenance
• Strong mechanical skills required (electrical skills are a strong advantage)
• Good English communication skills
• Ideally based in the North Greece Chalkidiki region (or open to relocation)
