Join Infineon as a Global Account Manager in our Sales, Marketing, and Distribution team, serving global and regional customers in the Home Appliance segment.

  • Achieve and exceed revenue and design-win targets for assigned accounts
  • Identify and address core customer challenges, collaborating with internal teams
  • Ensure consistent and proactive reporting of all activities
  • Collaborate with European FAE team, Account Management, Product Experts, and Business Lines

Your Profile

  • Master's degree in Electronics Engineering or related field
  • 5-10 years of sales experience as an account manager
  • Strong collaborative mindset with focus on teamwork
  • Proven ability to adapt within large organizational structures
  • Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally within Europe
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English

Indicative Salary Range: Milan, Italy 78800€ - 108350€ (annual base pay + target variable)
