Your main tasks in this role are:
- In your role as a Manager Business Insights – Finance Competence Centre (f/m/d) you support building up a business insights competence centre within the finance solutions team
- You’ll establish analytics capabilities (incl. data science) that serve the needs of the global finance organisation in close collaboration with the international data & analytics team
- In addition, you will influence and manage the business insights capability strategy & roadmap
- You’ll prioritize business insights, advanced analytics and data science use cases in alignment with key business stakeholders
- You’ll establish product ownership and collaborate with internal technology partners in product centric model
- As part of your role, you will build-up & facilitate analytics community within finance to drive adoption, data literacy and continuous improvement
- You’ll establish capacity for rapid-prototyping, ad-hoc analytics and fast enhancements of BI products
- As a Manager Business Insights – Finance Competence Centre (f/m/d) you will manage cross-functional teams to deliver scalable analytic products for finance
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- As a Manager Business Insights – Finance Competence Centre (f/m/d) you are experienced in building up business insights competencies for large organisations
- You have an understanding of product centric delivery models / working in a product centric environment
- You have a familiarity with common BI Tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc. (SAC experience can be a plus)
- As a Manager Business Insights – Finance Competence Centre (f/m/d) you understand data structures, data models and data platforms (e.g. Azure)
- You have experience with delivering analytics capabilities into business teams, driving data literacy and data driven decision making for large organisations
- You have been managing cross-functional teams
- SAP BW experience can be a plus

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 104.300*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
