Our client is a well-established, family-owned German company with over 70 years of expertise in fluid control systems. Known for innovation, financial stability, and high-quality engineering, they are now looking for an Account Manager to drive growth in Western / North Western Romania.
What You’ll Do
- Build and grow strong relationships with clients across key industries (engineering, food, pharma)
- Identify new business opportunities and actively acquire customers
- Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop optimal system solutions
- Manage and expand the distribution and sales network across Romania
- Represent the company as the local market expert and trusted partner
- Work independently from a home office while staying connected to HQ in Austria and support teams in Budapest

Your Profile
- Strong background in technical sales (ideally in electrical engineering, industrial engineering, or automation)
- Ability to combine commercial drive with technical understanding
- Highly self-reliant and organized, comfortable working remotely
- Willingness to travel extensively within the region
- Fluent in Romanian and English (German or Hungarian is a plus)
