Electrical Engineering Manager

Lam Research seeks an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead a team developing semiconductor wafer-processing equipment. The role involves:

• Building and leading a team of Electrical Engineers for electrical architecture, design, integration, and risk management.
• Managing team performance, resource allocation, and talent development.
• Providing technical oversight of power distribution, control electronics, and electromagnetic compatibility.
• Driving cross-functional resolution of design conflicts and integration issues.
• Ensuring timely delivery of electrical documentation and compliance with standards.
• Improving engineering processes and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Required qualifications include 8+ years in electrical engineering, leadership experience, and strong technical and organizational skills. Preferred qualifications include semiconductor equipment experience and cross-functional leadership abilities.
