Your Role

• Power Converter Testing: Perform laboratory testing of power converters, support test setup, and document measurement results
• PCB Layout Design: Create and modify simple PCB layouts for prototypes and testing purposes
• Run Simulation in Spice Environment: Simple circuit evaluation
• Data Analysis and Comparison: Compile and compare test results to identify performance trends and support technical evaluations
• Technical Reporting: Prepare clear and accurate reports summarizing test activities, observations, and findings
• Laboratory Support: Assist with general lab activities, including equipment setup, troubleshooting, and maintaining a safe working environment

Type of employment: Temporary / Full-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 6 months

Your Profile

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of power converters and power electronics concepts, experience with laboratory measurement techniques and electronic test equipment, ability to analyze test results and prepare technical reports, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), basic knowledge of circuit simulation
• Work Experience: Ideally 1-2 years of experience in electronics, power electronics, testing, or a related technical field
• Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
• Language Skills: Fluency in English, German is advantageous

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students.
