Tasks that await me

Your main tasks in this role are:

  • As a Commercial Strategy Manager you will be working directly alongside various Directors, International Commercial Strategy, and closely with the global Commercial Leadership Team (CLT)
  • Coordinating the CLT which includes planning and running its leadership routines, governance and meetings, ensuring decisions turn into clear actions that get followed through
  • You will be reviewing and reporting on commercial strategy & project portfolio – pulling progress together and giving leadership a clear, honest picture
  • Preparing briefings, pre-reads, presentations and summaries that get straight to the point, anticipating what leadership needs before they ask
  • You will be leading and developing a team of specialists, and working closely with senior commercial leaders across the group

My qualifications

The requirements of the role include:

  • You having strong organisation skills, with the ability to continously progress on multiple project fronts on track without letting anything slip
  • Enabling clear strategic thought process and sound judgement, with an eye on the bigger picture identifying what matters most
  • Having several years of experience in a strategic, commercial / buying, governance or leadership-facing role, and the credibility to work confidently with senior management
  • You being an excellent communicator and the ability to build trusted relationships, influencing at senior management level and handling sensitive situations with tact
  • Experience in leading and developing a team
  • Having excellent writing skills and a high level of discretion in a demanding, high-visibility environment
  • Having knowledge of buying or commercial knowledge is a clear advantage

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 107.000*

*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
