As a Staff Specialist Product Marketing HV GaN in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life.

Your Role

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for high-voltage GaN products to position the portfolio for long-term growth and market leadership.
• Drive lead customer engagement and go-to-market activities to accelerate adoption and expand market penetration.
• Shape and manage the HV GaN product roadmap to future-proof the portfolio and align with emerging market needs.
• Guide product development from a market perspective by providing competitive insights and business case analysis.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships with Marketing & Sales, Technical Marketing, System Engineering, and Program Management.

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or related field (business management/marketing strategy advantageous).
• Strong marketing capabilities to translate technical concepts into customer value propositions; experience with controllers, power semiconductors, or multi-chip solutions preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in Product Marketing or Product Management within the semiconductor industry.
• Collaborative mindset for cross-cultural, globally distributed teams; excellent English (German plus).

The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group G. The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
