Your role

• Operations: Support operational procurement and day-to-day operations, including shortage and inventory management
• Market Analysis: Monitor markets and categories and prepare requests for quotations
• Data and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintain dashboards and master data
• Supplier Management: Evaluate suppliers and support sustainability and compliance activities
• Communication: Communicate across interfaces

Type of employment: Temporary / Part-time (flexible working hours from Monday to Friday between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m.)
Duration: min. 12 months

Your profile

• Education: Currently studying for a degree in business administration, mathematics, computer science or a similar field
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems
• Additional Skills: Tableau is a nice-to-have
• Language Skills: very good German and English skills
• Personal Skills: Analytical thinking, strong communication skills and flexibility

This position is subject to the collective agreement for workers and employees in the electrical and electronics industry (full-time), employment group B for bachelor students, employment group D for master students.
