We are currently looking for a dedicated person who wants to join our Corporate Purchasing, Logistics & Supply Chain team in Vienna (AGRANA Beteiligungs-AG) in the position of Procurement Process Expert - SAP MM & Analytics.

Your responsibilities:

  • Independent implementation and rollout of operational and tactical procurement processes in SAP MM - from contract creation and purchase requisitions through to goods receipt
  • Analysis and evaluation of existing procurement processes and the IT systems involved
  • Development and implementation of KPIs, monitoring and reporting solutions
  • Further development of data management and data quality in SAP MM
  • Independent management of procurement and process projects across the entire Group
  • Development of training materials and formats for process rollouts
  • Close cooperation with local and divisional procurement experts and IT department
  • Compliance with applicable compliance guidelines

Your profile:

  • Completed studies or comparable education in technical or business administration
  • Approx. 3 years of professional experience in procurement or process management
  • Solid project management skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of SAP MM
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced MS Excel knowledge
  • Excellent German and English (business fluent)
  • Communicative team player with hands-on mentality
  • Structured, result-oriented way of working
  • Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time
