How You’ll Make Your Mark

Your main tasks in this role are:

• You'll shape the future supply chain for imported fruit and vegetables across all ALDI SÜD countries in Europe
• Analyse current processes and data to define optimal supply chain strategies
• Drive the IT-implementation of new and harmonised processes for an efficient fruit and vegetable supply chain
• Establish best-practice operational standards to streamline sourcing and logistics
• Drive continuous improvement of operational processes for fresh fruit and vegetables
• Collaborate closely with an international team, suppliers, logistics providers, and country organizations

Candidate Profile

The requirements of the role include:

• A completed university degree, ideally in supply chain management
• Expertise in supply chain or purchasing processes in retail, ideally for imported fruit and vegetables
• Hands-on experience in project management and implementation of IT projects
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex data
• Familiar with SAP and S/4 HANA , Tableau and highly proficient with MS Office Tools
• A proactive, can-do attitude, thriving in dynamic and evolving environments
• A structured, reliable, and results-driven approach to work in an international team
• Fluency in business English; additional European languages are a plus

Remuneration

Gross annual salary starting from € 60.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualification
