Your role
- Act as the technical lead and methodological expert for Burn-in (BI), including steering BI decisions, driving continuous improvements, and serving as the primary interface to technology and product development as well as statistics teams
- Provide teaching, coaching, and knowledge transfer on Burn-in topics to cross-functional teams
- Support Design for Stress (DfS) sustaining activities, including management and resolution of DfS Jira Tickets
- Serve as the 1st level of support for internal customer inquiries, with focus on Automotive Governance
- Drive long-term, strategically important tasks requiring sustained attention
- Collaborate closely with Front-End, Back-End and product development teams
- Lead customer communications about early topics
- Contribute to continuous improvement of Quality Management Systems (QMS), processes, methods, and tools
Your profile
Qualifications and skills:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Physics, or related field
- At least 6 years of professional work experience in semiconductor manufacturing
- Expert-level knowledge in Burn-in methodologies, physical failure mechanisms, defect analysis, Fault Analysis (FA)
- Proven experience as technical lead in cross-functional environment
- Solid understanding of wafer manufacturing process, data analysis, chip design, test engineering
- Proficiency in digital collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, Intranet)
- Strong automotive quality mindset
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and service provider attitude
- Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
