Our client is a well-established, family-owned German company with over 70 years of expertise in fluid control systems. Known for innovation, financial stability, and high-quality engineering, they are now looking for an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in Slovakia & East Czech Republic.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and expand customer relationships across key industries (engineering, food & beverage, pharma etc.)
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition and growth
  • Analyze customer needs and deliver tailored technical solutions
  • Lead negotiations and manage the full sales cycle through to contract closure
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on optimal system solutions
  • Manage and develop the sales network in your allocated region, with a focus on OEMs and industrial end customers
  • Act as a trusted local market expert, strengthening market position
  • Work independently from a home office, closely aligned with HQ in Austria

Your Profile

  • Proven experience in technical sales (e.g. automation, industrial / mechanical engineering etc.)
  • Strong commercial mindset combined with solid technical understanding
  • Proactive, results-driven and comfortable working independently in a remote setup
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region
