Your Leadership responsibilities

• Build and lead a research unit of 10-20 researchers
• Secure funding through SAL cooperation models

Your Scientific responsibilities

• Develop world-class research units

Your profile

• PhD in engineering or physics
• Deep market understanding of global/european industrial ecosystem
• International research achievements
• Minimum 5 years leadership experience
• Proven track record establishing new entities
• Excellent communication/organizational skills
• 10+ years managing international projects and securing funding
• Strong academic/industrial network
• Proactive, creative thinking
• Effective leadership in international teams
• Fluent English (German plus)

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for employees in non-university research (Research CA) starting in occupational group G. We offer competitive salaries based on experience, starting with a minimum gross salary of EUR 80,000 annually (All-in contract).
