Your Leadership responsibilities
- Build and lead a research unit of 10-20 researchers
- Secure funding through SAL cooperation models
- Strategic planning and resource allocation

Your Scientific responsibilities
- Develop world-class research units
- Provide career guidance to researchers

- Disseminate findings through publications and conferences
Your profile
- PhD in engineering or physics
- Deep market understanding of global/european industrial ecosystem
- International research achievements
- Minimum 5 years leadership experience
- Proven track record establishing new entities
- Excellent communication/organizational skills
- 10+ years managing international projects and securing funding
- Strong academic/industrial network
- Proactive, creative thinking
- Effective leadership in international teams
- Fluent English (German plus)

This position is subject to the Collective Agreement for employees in non-university research (Research CA) starting in occupational group G. We offer competitive salaries based on experience, starting with a minimum gross salary of EUR 80,000 annually (All-in contract).
