Site Quality Lead

Lam Research is seeking a Site Quality Lead to join our Customer Support Business Group. This role focuses on enabling customers with premier support throughout their lifecycle with Lam, driving performance, productivity, safety, and quality of installed base performance. The Site Quality Lead will ensure operational excellence of complex semiconductor equipment, serving as a subject matter expert and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide on-site repair, maintenance, and installation services for Lam’s electro-mechanical and electronic systems.
• Perform analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of semiconductor capital equipment and Lam products.
• Assist in field modifications and updates, maintaining coordination between Lam and customers.
• Mentor junior engineers and serve as a technical expert for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of experience (or Master’s with 3+ years).
• Experience with semiconductor capital equipment installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in electrical/mechanical schematics and clean room operations.
• Ability to travel frequently domestically and internationally.
