Your Role
- Lead global and cross-functional project teams within the GaN Systems Business Line, managing complex GaN technology and product development projects from concept through end-of-life
- Drive decisions, ensuring smooth communication and aligning all stakeholders
- Challenge and improve processes and procedures to find faster, leaner, more efficient approaches
- Oversee budgets, risk management, and target achievement for all project phases
- Contribute to lean project management improvements
- Represent projects up to Infineon board level
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Physics, or related field
- 8+ years in semiconductor industry, 6+ years in project management of technology/discretes/multi-chip products
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional technology projects
- Solid understanding of GaN wafer manufacturing processes (epitaxy, gate stack, etc.)
- Experience with PLM/project management tools
- Knowledge of leading global projects across Europe, US, Asia
- Stakeholder management and board-level reporting
- Structured problem-solving and leadership skills
- Fluent English, German preferred
