How You’ll Make Your Mark
Your main tasks in this role are:
- In this position you’ll lead the operation and development of group management systems in the areas of Compliance, Data Protection and Crisis Management, delivering on agreed strategy and objectives
- You’ll drive the identification, assessment, and mitigation of the greatest risks for the business, supporting an annual cycle operated across the business that provides ongoing visibility and determines required actions
- In addition you’ll oversee the development of group policies, standards, and procedures, implementing controls to ensure compliance, and reviewing effectiveness of measures annually
- You’ll deliver oversight into the performance of management systems using dashboards and associated reports
- Working closely with country coordinators for respective management systems you’ll ensure alignment on understanding and approach
- Your responsibilities include the facilitation of the promotion and value of effective risk & compliance management within the company culture
- You’ll further develop and strengthen the technical expertise of the team to enable them to provide effective guidance and consultancy to local entities
Your Profile
The requirements of the role include:
- You possess several years of relevant Senior-level work experience in the field of Compliance and Data Protection as well as practical experience in a similar role within an international group or corporate structure
- Well-founded skills in project and stakeholder management appeal to you
- Your excellent technical knowledge combined with a drive for consistent execution of decisions sets you apart
- As an experienced leader, you bring several years of managerial expertise, with strong leadership and communication skills among your core competencies
- You’re business-fluent in the English Language, German speaking skills are considered an asset
- A commercial-oriented way of thinking with a pragmatic solution-oriented way of working are a matter of course for you
- You’re educated to degree level

Remuneration
Gross annual salary starting from € 152.900*
*willingness to overpay with appropriate qualifications
