Internship - AI & Collaboration Support

Software Licensing & Access Management: Manage software licenses for two artificial intelligence (AI) tools. Coordinate access requests and permissions across users and groups.

Content Creation & Video Production: Create training and communication materials using an AI content creation tool. Develop short instructional and knowledge sharing videos.

SharePoint Administration: Support administration and maintenance of SharePoint sites and manage site content. Assist with creating and improving team collaboration spaces.

Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.

Language Skills: English and German a plus.

Microsoft 365: Familiarity with Teams, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint.

IT Foundations: Interest in Information Technology (IT) operations, process management, and digital workplace technologies; basic understanding of ticketing systems and Information Technology (IT) support processes is a plus.

Content Tools: Experience with video creation tools such as Synthesia is an advantage.

Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; proactive, self-motivated, structured, reliable, willing to learn, and collaborative.
