• Support day-to-day operation, configuration, maintenance and testing of Workday Learning, Performance and Talent Management
• Contribute to optimizing Workday functionalities, HR processes and user experience
• Act as first point of contact for Workday questions
• Prepare and deliver training sessions and maintain user guides
• Work closely with HR, process owners and IT

Your Profile

• Initial experience with Workday or another HCM system is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and interest in HR technology
• Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented working
• Service mindset and ability to explain technical topics
• Proactive, reliable and collaborative
• Good command of English; German advantage
